Our department

The Personal Injury department of Woodford Stauffer is headed up by Verity Stauffer (MA Oxon, Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, Action for Victims of Medical Accidents). Verity has worked in the compensation field for 18 years winning cases for our customers to help compensate for the distress and disability that personal injury brings.

We are here to work for you. In this department we only represent the interests of those seeking compensation. We will not work through claims handlers, who might cost you money, and we operate on a no win no fee basis! We act exclusively for you - our client.

Our offices are wheelchair friendly with parking facilities and easy access meeting rooms. If you have difficulty in getting to us we will happily arrange to visit you at your home or in hospital.
