a claim
You may wish to get the ball rolling by submitting details on a claims form to us for consideration. Whilst we will not be able to advise you solely on the basis of the completed form, it does enable us to provide an initial assessment of the case. On receipt of the form we will contact you to discuss the situation in more detail free and without obligation.
