Fixed fee work 3: injunction work
If you require a non-molestation injunction to protect yourself or an order to regulate occupation of the home, we will, for a fixed fee do all the work needed to get an injunction at an emergency hearing and also the renewal of the injunction (at the second hearing).
We will do the work for a capped fee of between £800 to £1,200 plus VAT, depending on whether there is one court hearing or two. You will need to pay Court issue fees on top.
If either hearing involves more than half a day at court we may charge
an extra fee.
